Changing lives through the art of hairdressing

Headquartered in the Netherlands and operating under the Rob Peetoom Global organization, the Skills for Life Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to advancing and supporting hairdressing education within the beauty industry.

Guided by our Founder, Rob Peetoom and helmed by our CEO, Rochelle Peetoom, our professional team works with one shared purpose – to create opportunities through education and transform lives through skill .

Our story

It began with one salon – and a vision. From a single establishment to a global brand, Rob Peetoom built more than a business; he built a legacy of passion, creativity, and excellence. Now, it’s time to give back – by sharing that same passion to empower the next generation of hairdressers .

Today, with a dedicated team of over 300 professionals worldwide, the Rob Peetoom brand continues to thrive through a strong commitment to education, excellence, and innovation – values that remain at the heart of its global success.
