Minimum requirement

  • Female or male
  • Age between 16 – 23
  • Graduated or non educated
  • Parent income at minimum wage or hunder

Education & Training

  • Fee tuition fee

  • Experience curriculum Rob Peetoom until intermediate level

  • Skill trained: cutting, coloring, perming, styling

  • Provided with a complete tools

  • Apprentice in salon

  • Non skilled subject: communication, english, work ethic, management & basic finance

Accommodation & Allowance

  • Housing

  • Food Catered in the school

  • Allowances IDR 1 million / month (for transport and other expense)

Our target

Vocational school graduated in beauty major

  • Most student from vocational school is expected to go straight to the work field due to the family economy
  • Hairdressing is considered too difficult and expensive to the training, made them prefer to take short course of make up and massage
  • Their interest is already in the industry from the early age, the motivation is clear

Young people from marginal family

General public that basically already interest to work in salon industry, either currently work in the salon as non skilled worker or any young people that fond of beauty
